Shipping policy

At Routica, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Pan India Delivery is available on all orders. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days after order
confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 6–8 working days, depending onyour location. Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays are considered non-working days
and are not included in the processing or delivery timeline. Your tracking details will be shared via SMS and email within 48 hours of order confirmation. Important Information Please ensure your name, mobile number, complete address, PIN code, and landmark are entered correctly while placing your order. If you need to update your shipping details, please contact our customer
support within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect address, incorrect contact details, or
unsuccessful delivery attempts will require re-shipping charges before theycan be dispatched again. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. While we strive to deliver every order on time, deliveries may occasionally bedelayed due to festivals, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseencircumstances.
